Policies at Bespoke-Hue

Late Arrivals

In order to respect the time of both my clients and myself, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be imposed a $30 fee and clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.

Cancellations

I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. A cancellation that breaks this requirement will cause a $30 fee added to your next appointment.

First Time Clients

Your first appointment confirmation will be a text from the Square appointment system. First-time color appointments will require a deposit of 50% when booking your appointment.

No Shows

If you miss your appointment, you will be charged a fee worth 30% of the missed service, which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying a nonreturnable deposit worth 30% of the service you want to book. Two or more missed appointments will result in a termination of the relationship.

Acceptable forms of payment

Cash, all major credit cards. No checks are accepted under any circumstances.

Health History

For your comfort and safety, please notify me if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. Please alert me immediately if you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment.

Right to Refuse Service

I have the right to refuse service.

My professional beauty career has been filled with incredible education and opportunities that have brought me here to my own little spot, Bespoke Hue.
